In several leadership positions in the casino and integrated resort world, Robert J. Soper has had to make serious organizational changes involving multiple teams and many individuals. Robert J. Soper was the President and CEO of several resorts, managing over 12,000 employees. He now runs Sun Gaming and Hospitality, which assists clients acquire and develop resorts and casinos around the world. As the President of Mohegan Sun, he developed and implemented a new strategic plan that implemented new metric systems and initiatives, creating a marked improvement in performance of the property.
